IndiGo is set to offer business class seats on flights across 12 domestic routes starting in mid-November.

Bookings will open on Tuesday, according to CEO Pieter Elbers, who announced the news at an event celebrating the airline’s 18 years of operations, as tweeted by ANI.

Elbers mentioned that these new business class seats will be available on the busiest and most frequented business routes, including select flights from Delhi.

According to Republic World, the airline will also introduce a customer loyalty program called ‘IndiGo BluChip’.

Back in May, IndiGo had already revealed plans to introduce business class on select routes this year.

Currently, Air India, Air India Express, and Vistara, all owned by Tata Group, offer business class seats.
