What started as an ordinary autorickshaw ride in Mysuru turned into a delightful surprise for artist Lisiya.

She quickly captured the moment and shared it on Instagram—where it has now clocked over three million views, as per TOI.

The video shows a small yet beautifully curated library right inside the auto. A text overlay on the reel reads: “Look what I found on my Uber ride. What a wonderful thought.” Instead of mindlessly scrolling through her phone, Lisiya got a few minutes of peaceful reading—a rare joy in today’s fast-paced world.
The reel also introduces us to the man responsible for this beautiful gesture—Daniel Mardona. A simple idea, executed with love and care, has now captured the hearts of many. Daniel’s initiative hasn’t been pushed through ads or campaigns, but purely through word of mouth and the internet’s magic.
Here’s How Social Media Reacted?
Social media users flooded the comments section with admiration. One wrote, “This is such a GREAT idea, instead of scrolling our phones, we can read a few pages.” Another asked, “Kaha milega ye auto? Every Uber and Ola should have this.” Many praised Daniel for his creative spirit and human touch.
With no fancy branding or flashy signs, just a shelf of books and heartfelt bookmarks, Daniel Mardona has reminded everyone that kindness and creativity can ride alongside us—even during daily commutes.
